Biography:
I was born and raised in New
York City, attending a Greek-American Parochial School and
Stuyvesant High School. I then went to Columbia
College and received my B.A. in 1975. I graduated
Cornell University Medical College in 1980 and did my
Pediatric Residency at The New York Hospital. I spent the
following year as Chief Resident in Pediatrics at The New
York Hospital. In 1986 I moved to Stamford with my
wife, Lisa, and our 2 month old son, Michael. I joined
Stamford Pediatrics in April 1986. Lisa and I had two
more children, Christopher born in 1987 and Nicole in 1990.
All three of our children attended Roxbury Elementary
School, Cloonan Middle School and Westhill High School.
Michael attends Sacred Heart University while Christopher is
at George Washington University. Nicole is graduating
this year and in the midst of deciding where to go to
college next year. Growing up in New York I am a life long
NY Mets fan and remain a season ticket holder of the NY
Rangers. When the weather is warm and I'm not in the office
you'll usually find me on a golf course.
