Biography:
I was born and raised in New
York City, attending Trinity School and the Bronx High
School of Science. Like all members of my family, I
attended one of the SUNY schools for college where I majored
in Economics. I spent six very informative and educational
years in the world of business before finding my true
calling in Pediatrics. After attending the Sackler School
of Medicine, I completed my pediatric training at North
Shore University Hospital in Long Island. Because I enjoy
teaching, I initially worked training medical students and
residents as an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at
Schneider Children's Hospital at Long Island University
Medical Center. For the next seven years I worked in
private practice in New York City and Long Island. I have a
special interest in Nutrition/Obesity/Fitness counseling. I
truly love being a pediatrician and have often been told by
my patients that my love of my work comes through to them
and makes their visits more enjoyable.
I live in Stamford with my
wife Audra, and our wonderful daughter Molly, who was born
on January 30, 2009. Audra and I both used to have several
hobbies, but since Molly came into our lives we've done
exactly zero of them. We couldn't be happier.
