Welcome to Stamford Pediatrics Exciting news from Stamford Pediatrics! We are pleased to announce that we will be joined by Dr. Heather Larson in mid February. Dr. Larson grew up in Atlanta, Georgia with her three older siblings and attended Emory University for both her undergraduate and medical education. After earning her Doctor of Medicine, Heather moved to New York City where she completed her pediatric residency at NYU. While training at NYU, she spent a month in Thailand working on the children’s hospital wards and in the clinics at Siriraj Hospital in Bankok. Since completing residency, Heather has been in private practice in New Jersey. During Heather’s free time she enjoys reading, improving her gourmet cooking skills and traveling. Welcome Dr. Larson! Flu information

If you would like your child to receive the H1N1 vaccine, please call our office for an appointment. The first available appointment will be January 19, 2010 as we are fully booked for vaccine clinics prior to that day.

If your child has not received the vaccine, we are still recommending giving it to your child.

Children younger than 10 years of age should receive 2 doses of H1N1 vaccine 28 days apart. Persons 10 years and older will only need 1 dose of vaccine.
