Biography:

I was born and raised in New York City, attending a Greek-American Parochial School and Stuyvesant High School. I then went to Columbia College and received my B.A. in 1975. I graduated Cornell University Medical College in 1980 and did my pediatric Residency at The New York Hospital. I spent an extra year as Chief Resident in Pediatrics at The New York Hospital.

In February of 1986, my wife Lisa and I moved to Stamford with our 2 month old son, Michael. I joined Stamford Pediatrics in April of 1986 which at the time was a 3 physician group working out of an old converted home on Summer Street. Lisa and I had 2 more children, Chistopher born in 1987 and Nicole in 1990. All 3 attended Roxbury Elementary School, Cloonan Middle School and Westhill HIgh School. Michael graduated from Sacred Heart University in May of 2010. He is married to Megan and has 2 daughters, Lena 2019 and Aubree 2022. He is Director of Supervision at Northwestern Mutual. Christopher graduated GWU and went on to Quinnipiac for a law degree. He lives in Stamford with his wife Marie and their son Noah, born in 2022. Chris is a Partner at Martin LLP here in Stamford. Nicole graduated from GWU and is living in Stamford with her fiance Emilio. She is the Executive Assistant at Forstone Capital. Lisa and I consider ourselves incredibly lucky to have our children and grandchildren so close, especially with the disruptions in all of our lives the past few years.

lambros-geotes-profile-image-1Growing up in NYC, I am a lifelong NY Mets, NY Knicks, NY Jets, and NY Rangers fan. I am proud to say I have had Rangers season tickets since 1980. The first thing I did with my first paycheck as a resident at New York Hospital was to walk down to MSG and buy that first season plan. Biggest joy and greatest anguish is always found during any round of golf. Lisa will be found virtually any given day on a tennis or paddle court. We love all summer and warm weather activities, but will never leave Stamford as Lisa and I have all of our family and dearest friends here.
