We recognize that an emergency situation can arise and we will do our best to respond to your needs promptly. In the event of a severe or emergent situation please call 911 or proceed directly to the emergency room. You can always contact us via our main office numbers at any hour of the day.
After Hours Telephone Calls
There is a physician on call 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Please be advised, the answering service can be very busy with other doctors phone calls and mistakes can happen. If your call is not returned in a timely fashion please call again. Our phone calls are triaged by the

Pediatric Advice Line service between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM (please note we are always available for any emergencies).

Prescriptions and Referrals
All prescriptions and authorizations for referrals should be requested during normal office hours. For best continuity of care, requests should be directed to your primary physician. Adequate time is needed for all prescription renewals. Referrals require 72 hours notice.
