Behavioral Health

During all well physical exams for patients 12-18 years of age, a confidential depression screen called PSQ-9 will be filled out by the patient themselves without the influence of their parent or guardian. Results will be reviewed and scored, which will aid us in deciding if your child needs further intervention. This assessment will be conducted annually at the child’s physical exam through their 18th year visit. We provide basic behavioral health services and then refer to specialists where appropriate. Below is a list of behavioral health resources. Additionally, you can call and speak with your doctor regarding any concerns.
